When should I reserve my event décor?You can begin reserving décor and rental items as soon as you've selected your event date and secured your venue. We recommend confirming with your venue first to see which items are already included in your rental package before making your selections.
Because we serve multiple events on the same date, all décor and rental items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking early gives you the best selection and helps ensure your preferred items are available.
If your plans change, no problem! You may remove items from your reservation up to two (2) weeks before your event.
Do you deliver and set up décor?Delivery, setup, and pickup services may be available depending on your event location and the items you've rented. Contact us for availability and pricing.
How do I get started?Simply contact us to check your event date, discuss your vision, and receive a personalized quote. We'll guide you through the booking process and help make your event beautiful and stress-free.
What is your cancellation policy?If you cancel your rental reservation more than two (2) weeks before your event date, you will forfeit your deposit, but no additional payment will be required.
If you cancel your reservation less than two (2) weeks before your event date, the remaining balance will still be due in full. Because rental items are reserved specifically for your event and may no longer be available to other clients, we are unable to offer refunds within two weeks of the event date.

Do you offer custom decorating packages?Delivery, setup, and pickup services may be available depending on your event location and the items you've rented. Contact us for availability and pricing.
Yes! Every event is unique. We'd love to create a customized décor package based on your style, venue, and budget.
Is a deposit required?Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your event date and rental items. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
How are rental items packed and transported?We carefully pack all small rental items in plastic totes and boxes to help make loading and unloading as easy as possible.
If you're unsure what size vehicle you'll need to transport your rental items, just ask! We're happy to recommend the appropriate vehicle based on your rental selection.
If you don't have access to a trailer, we highly recommend renting a U-Haul cargo van. Their enclosed vans help protect décor from the weather and provide plenty of space for transporting event items safely.
Please Note: The renter is responsible for the safe transportation of all rental items. Be sure to bring moving blankets, tie-down straps, and any other necessary packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Any items returned damaged, broken, or missing will be subject to replacement or repair charges.
What areas do you service?We proudly serve Ramer, Tennessee, and the surrounding communities. If your event is outside our standard service area, contact us to discuss travel options.

Can I pick up my rental items early?In some cases, we can accommodate an early pickup, depending on item availability and our event schedule. An early pickup fee will apply.
If you're interested in arranging an early pickup, please contact us in advance. We'll be happy to let you know if it's available and provide the applicable fee.

What if I need to change my event date?No problem! If you need to reschedule your event, we'll apply your deposit to your new event date, subject to availability.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your reservation and check availability for your new date.
