Delivery

  • ✦Two Sisters Event Services will deliver rental items to the agreed-upon event location on the scheduled date and time.
  • ✦Customer agrees to provide accurate delivery information, ensure vehicle access, have an adult (18+) available unless otherwise arranged, and disclose any venue restrictions in advance.
  • ✦Additional fees may apply for extended travel, multiple locations, delayed access, waiting longer than 30 minutes, or difficult access.

Setup

  • ✦Unless otherwise stated, delivery includes placement of rental items only.
  • ✦Decorating, styling, balloon installation, floral installation, and custom setup are available as separate services.

Pickup

  • ✦Rental items must remain at the original delivery location, be emptied of decorations and contents, and be available at the scheduled pickup time.
  • ✦Additional trip fees may apply if items are not ready or accessible.

Customer Responsibilities

  • ✦Customer is responsible for protecting rental items from theft, weather, misuse, and damage.
  • ✦Rental items may not be altered, painted, drilled, stapled, glued, or permanently modified.
  • ✦Customer assumes responsibility for rented equipment from delivery until pickup.

Damage or Missing Items

  • ✦Customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs for lost, stolen, broken, excessively dirty, or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear.

Weather Policy

  • ✦Outdoor rental items should be protected from rain, excessive wind, mud, standing water, and unsafe weather conditions.
  • ✦Two Sisters Event Services may refuse installation or require removal if conditions are unsafe.

Delivery Delays

  • ✦Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute breach of contract.

Acceptance

  • ✦By signing below, the Customer acknowledges receipt of rental items in good condition and agrees to the terms of this agreement.
